Your role
As an Equipment Operator, your job is to make sure production equipment continues to perform reliably.
You work in a GMP-regulated biotech environment in Breda where medicines are packaged for patients around the world.

Your background
We are interested in candidates with:

• MBO technical education and/or relevant experience
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
• Technical and analytical thinking
• Troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work independently on minor technical issues
• Experience following standard operating procedures
• Good spoken and written English
• Flexibility for 3- and 5-shift work

What does your shift look like?
You might start by checking the status of the production line and reviewing the production schedule.
During your shift you:

• Monitor equipment
• Carry out production runs
• Perform machine changeovers
• Investigate line stops
• Adjust equipment settings where required
• Document production data
• Perform line clearances
• Support root-cause investigations
• Work with production and quality colleagues to resolve issues
