About the company
Every day, dedicated teams ensure that critical manufacturing processes run safely, reliably, and compliantly, helping to deliver life-changing medicines to patients around the world. To strengthen our manufacturing team, we are looking for a Production Operator (Manual Lines). At this international pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Breda, medicines are labeled, assembled, packaged, stored, and shipped to countries around the world. Every day, more than 1,000 colleagues from over 40 nationalities contribute to supply chain operations, manufacturing, marketing and sales of medicines, and clinical research into new therapies.

What we expect from you

You are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and enjoy working in a highly structured production environment where following procedures accurately is essential.

• MBO Level 2 education or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment
• Experience working according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Basic understanding of GMP requirements and production processes
• Experience with SAP and/or MES systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong compliance focus
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to commute to Breda
• Willing to work in a 2-shift schedule

What will you do

In this role as Production Operator (Manual Lines), you will:

• Execute manual production and packaging activities in accordance with approved procedures and SOPs
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet GMP and quality standards
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time, including batch records and logbooks
• Identify, report, and support the resolution of deviations and quality-related issues
• Participate in triage activities and support collaboration between Production and Quality teams
• Perform line set-up and close-down activities according to established procedures
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized production environment
• Carry out repetitive manual production tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality requirements throughout all production activities
