Project Lead Capital Projects

What you’ll do
As a Project Lead Capital Projects, you’ll lead a portfolio of strategic capital investment projects from concept to completion. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:

• Leading complex capital projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Managing and developing high-performing cross-functional project teams.
• Driving engineering excellence, project governance, and continuous improvement.
• Partnering with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and external contractors to achieve successful project delivery.
• Championing a strong Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) culture in every phase of execution.

• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing project teams.
• Expertise in project management, engineering, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement.
