Profile

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Process Technician who is eager to learn, open to coaching, and capable of self-reflection.
The ideal candidate is competent and motivated to work on a pharmaceutical production line.

The candidate preferably has experience with GMP principles, standard work, and a production environment.
A successful Process Technician is able to maintain focus throughout the day and work at a defined pace in order to meet planned production targets.

This person enjoys working in a dynamic and challenging environment, is a natural team player, and demonstrates flexibility.
Switching between different production lines and tasks comes easily. A strong sense of ownership and maturity is shown by consistently following procedures and escalating issues when necessary.
Actively seeking opportunities for improvement is part of the mindset of a skilled Process Technician.

• A gross monthly salary of €3,400 including shift allowance

Working Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical, GMP/GDP)
• Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Experience working in multicultural teams
• Basic understanding of continuous improvement within own role

Education

• General MBO level 2
• MBO-level proficiency in the English language

• Operate production lines in accordance with procedures
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with operators and Line Leads to achieve targets
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Take ownership of tasks and results
• Actively participate in shift handovers
• Ensure all required training is completed within deadlines
