• Gross monthly salary of €3,400 – €4,000 including shift allowance
• 31.1% allowance when working 3 shifts

Work in biotech production
For an international biotech organisation in Breda, we are looking for Production Employees who enjoy structured, hands-on work.
You will work in an environment where quality is extremely important. Medicines prepared at this location are distributed internationally.

Are you a match?
You have:

• MBO technical education and/or relevant experience
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
• Technical and analytical thinking
• Troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work independently on minor technical issues
• Experience following standard operating procedures
• Good spoken and written English
• Flexibility for 3- and 5-shift work

Experience within pharma, biotech, food or GMP production is a plus.

A typical working day
During your shift, you:

• Monitor equipment
• Carry out production runs
• Perform machine changeovers
• Investigate line stops
• Adjust equipment settings where required
• Document production data
• Perform line clearances
• Support root-cause investigations
• Work with production and quality colleagues to resolve issues
