MSD Haarlem faced a challenge in recruiting qualified visual inspectors to work under (GMP) conditions. The key question was how to efficiently source, assess, and onboard the right talent while ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines, all within a tight timeframe.
To address this challenge, we launched a targeted recruitment campaign aimed at identifying, screening, and presenting suitable candidates within a short period. Our approach focused on deeply understanding both the technical requirements of the visual inspector role and the specific needs and motivations of potential candidates. By aligning these insights, we created compelling job descriptions and a streamlined selection process that attracted a broader talent pool than traditional recruitment methods.
The project was a success, with 50 candidates delivered to MSD Haarlem, and 25 of them receiving job offers within just 30 days. This rapid placement rate demonstrated the effectiveness of our approach. A key learning was our ability to tap into a different talent pool by understanding both the job specifications and the needs of the candidates. The success of this recruitment drive not only met MSD’s immediate staffing needs but also set a new benchmark for future hiring processes in similar GMP-regulated environments.
