Are you an experienced operator who enjoys working with high-tech production equipment in a GMP-regulated environment? Do you like taking ownership of a production line, monitoring processes and working together with your team to deliver high-quality medicines? Then this role could be a great next step.
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will work in a modern pharmaceutical production environment with semi-automated production lines. Together with other skilled operators, line leads and supervisors, you make sure the production process runs safely, accurately and according to strict quality standards. Starting in September, they will also be preparing for a number of lines to run on a 5-shift schedule. A great opportunity to get involved if you have excellent technical skills!

What you can expect

• A gross monthly salary of up to €4,050 in a 3-shift roster
• 30 days of annual leave, including time off between Christmas and New Year’s Eve

What you will do

As an operator, you are responsible for running and monitoring the production line. You follow procedures carefully, keep an eye on process parameters and act quickly when something does not go as planned.
You are a reliable operator who likes to work in a team, but can also take responsibility independently. You are accurate, structured and focused on quality. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes and contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.

Your main tasks include:

• Operating a production line according to GMP and standard operating procedures
• Monitoring process performance and production quality
• Collecting and documenting process data in SAP/MES
• Supporting changeovers and shift handovers
• Escalating deviations or atypical events when needed
• Working closely with other operators, line leads and production supervisors
• Looking for ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Taking ownership of your tasks, training and results

What we are looking for

We are looking for a hands-on operator with a strong quality mindset and a proactive attitude. You enjoy working in a structured environment and understand the importance of accuracy in pharmaceutical production.

You bring:

• Experience as an operator, process operator or technical operator
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably GMP, GDP or ISO-regulated
• Knowledge of LEAN, continuous improvement or troubleshooting methods
• Experience with SAP, MES or similar systems is a plus
• A technical or process-related MBO background, VAPRO A and/or VAPRO B is preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Dutch
• Flexibility to work in a 3-shift roster
