Within the manufacturing and packaging department, medicines are prepared and distributed to patients worldwide. As a Machine Operator, you play an important role in ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant production processes.

Who are we looking for? You are a hands-on Machine Operator with strong technical insight and a passion for solving production challenges.
You:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or automated environment
• Have experience with semi-automated or automated production lines
• Possess strong technical and process understanding
• Have experience working according to SOPs and GMP standards
• Have experience with SAP and/or MES systems
• Have an interest in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• Work accurately and have a strong quality mindset
• Speak English fluently
• Are willing to work in a 2-shift schedule
• Flexible attitude towards working shift schedules based on business needs

Your job As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and improving semi-automated production lines within a GMP-regulated environment.
Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring semi-automated production lines
• Performing set-ups, changeovers, line clearances, and cleaning activities
• Troubleshooting process disturbances and restoring equipment performance
• Performing minor equipment adjustments
• Conducting in-process quality checks
• Recording and verifying production data in SAP and MES systems
• Supporting deviation investigations and triage activities
• Contributing to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, quality, and safety requirements
• Supporting smooth communication during shift handovers
