Operator Clinical Labelling and Packaging

We are looking for an Operator Clinical Labelling and Packaging.

The Clinical Labelling and Packaging department in Breda is responsible for the labelling, packaging and assembly of clinical trial products used in Amgen studies worldwide. Every clinical trial requires a unique configuration, which makes this manual labelling and packaging process both challenging and highly precise.

You will join a high-performing team of approximately 10 operators working in day shift from 08:00 to 16:30. Together, you ensure that every patient receives a high-quality clinical medicinal product, every time.

This role is well suited for someone who works accurately, enjoys teamwork and feels comfortable in a strongly regulated environment. Most labelling and packaging activities are carried out at room temperature, although some products require packaging under cold room conditions between 2 and 8 °C.

Your responsibilities

As Operator Clinical Labelling and Packaging, you will execute manual clinical labelling and packaging activities according to standard operating procedures.

Your responsibilities include:

• Running clinical packaging operations in line with GMP, GDP and internal procedures
• Executing manual labelling, packaging and assembly activities for clinical trial products
• Performing batch-related logistic processes
• Working accurately with documentation and batch records
• Escalating deviations, issues or risks when needed
• Taking ownership of tasks and results within your own working area
• Completing required training according to the training plan and corporate deadlines
• Contributing to improvements in efficiency, quality and daily working processes

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is quality-driven, accurate and comfortable working in a complex manual packaging environment.

• Experience in a manual packaging environment, preferably within Pharma, GMP or GDP
• A strong focus on quality, accuracy and performance
