Are you an operator who enjoys working with high-tech machines, clear processes and a team that takes quality seriously? For this role, we are looking for a hands-on Machine Operator who wants to contribute to the production of high-quality medicines in a GMP-controlled environment.
As a Machine Operator, you will work on one of the nine semi-automated production lines. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the line runs smoothly, safely and according to the right quality standards. You operate the machines, monitor the process, carry out checks and act quickly when something does not go as planned.
Your work directly contributes to the production of medicines that are delivered to patients worldwide.

What will you do?
You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment in a clean and regulated production environment. You check whether the process is running correctly, perform quality checks, register production data and help solve technical or process-related issues on the line.
Together with your team, you focus on safety, quality, continuity and improvement. You also support LEAN and improvement initiatives, such as reducing downtime, improving line performance and preventing recurring issues.

What are we looking for?

• You have experience as an operator, process operator or technical operator, preferably within a production environment.
• Experience in pharma, food, medical devices or another regulated environment is a plus.
• You enjoy working with machines and production processes.
• You are accurate, structured and know how important quality and safety are in a GMP environment. When a problem occurs, you stay calm, think practically and work with your team to find a solution.

Your profile

• MBO technical or process-related education, or VAPRO A/B
• Experience as an operator, process operator or machine operator is a strong plus
• Technical insight and interest in production equipment
• Accurate and quality-focused way of working
• Able to work in a 3-shift system
• Flexible towards overtime or weekend work when needed
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, such as Word and Excel
