As an Operator, you are the driving force behind the production process. You ensure that machines run smoothly, products meet top quality standards, and any issues are resolved quickly.   • Operating and setting up machines: You ensure smooth production by correctly adjusting machines and continuously monitoring the process;
  • Monitoring and adjusting the production process: You check whether everything meets the required standards. If something is off, you take action to keep production on track;
  • Detecting and resolving malfunctions: If something isn’t working properly, you’re the first to notice and act immediately. You handle minor issues yourself and call in specialists for larger problems;
  • Maintenance and cleaning: Proper maintenance prevents breakdowns. You keep machines clean and in top condition;
  • Working as part of a team: You collaborate closely with colleagues, share knowledge with the next shift, and ensure that everyone is well-informed.
