Manufacturing Process Technician | BredaWould you like to work in an international pharmaceutical manufacturing environment where quality, safety and teamwork are key? For a modern production site in Breda, we are looking for a Manufacturing Process Technician.In this role, you will work on different production and packaging lines and contribute to a smooth and reliable manufacturing process. You do not need to know everything from day one: a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility are just as important.

What will you do?
As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will be part of a flexible manufacturing team. This means you may work on different fully automated, semi-automated and manual production lines.
Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring production lines according to established procedures;
• Working according to SOPs and applicable quality standards;
• Working closely with operators and the Line Lead to achieve production targets;
• Monitoring safety, quality and production progress;
• Identifying and escalating deviations or issues when necessary;
• Actively participating in shift handovers;
• Looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and working processes;
• Taking ownership of your tasks and results;
• Completing required training within the agreed deadlines.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and wants to develop further within a professional manufacturing environment.

You have:

• At least MBO level 2 or a comparable level of education;
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
• Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP or GDP is an advantage, but not a strict requirement;
• Experience working according to procedures and work instructions;
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• Willingness to work in different shift schedules.
