Over the curse of just five weeks Talentmark was required to build an ex-US Field Medical Team Covering 9 Countries on a long-term engagement. Following a very successful initial pilot, the team was mandated to build a larger headcount team of Medical Science Liaisons. This coverage expanded beyond Europe into Asia and Australia and beyond Medical Affairs.
Talentmark conducted all the research and pre-screening to allow the client to be in a position to have the final assessment at an important international congress. The quality of the candidates was impressive and Syndax were in a position to make offers for each of the counties by the end of the hiring event.
