Mona and Arjen emphasized how Ipsen fosters an experience that appeals to all generations, ensuring employees feel supported and perform at their best within the organization.
After the presentations from Mona and Arjen, HR and TA professionals worked in smaller groups. The interactive break-out sessions provided excellent networking opportunities, where HR specialists from different Life Sciences companies not only got to know each other better but also gained insights into each other’s organization. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to discuss best practices in optimizing onboarding, offboarding and engaging Gen Z. The exchange of ideas led to valuable lessons on how other Life Sciences organizations approach these challenges and the strategies they use to attract and retain talent.
