Ben Pepper Promoted to Principal Researcher
In this new position, Ben will lead the delivery of research for all international executive searches. Ben has been instrumental in helping define the Talentmark's internationally recognised standards of service which are now viewed by many clients as a benchmark for the industry.

Ben began his recruitment career in 2004, before joining Talentmark as a Researcher in 2007, most recently holding the position of Senior Researcher.
