Jean-Luc Niedergang joins the Talentmark Group
Jean-Luc brings over 16 years of experience in executive search for pan European key positions in the life-sciences industry. Beyond business executives and some demanding expert positions, he has extensive experience in offering flexible and innovative services, such as: the complete recruiting of a new affiliate; creating (off-shore) centres of excellence; and the setting up of external talent pools. Jean-Luc has an impressive track record delivering complex global executive search mandates for R&D, Technical Operations and Commercial Leadership appointments. In his role as Managing Consultant and General Manager Switzerland he will contribute to the further international expansion of Talentmark, primarily in the French and German speaking regions, as well as Italy & the USA.
Before entering the recruiting industry Jean-Luc gained in-depth experience as a Project and Group Leader as well as Managing Director and Consultant in IT organization and management consulting across various industries and services. He holds a Master Degree in IT Management and a Degree in Business Administration.
