Key Responsibilities
For now, here is some information on the role: In this customer-facing role, the Programme Director will be responsible for leading the delivery of new and existing patient access programmes for key pharmaceutical and biotech accounts and developing long term strategic partnerships. As the most senior contact for key accounts, the Programme Director will interact with clients to ensure and facilitate the delivery of a successful program; provide value adding service solutions to meet clients’ needs; identify scope enhancements from existing programmes and new business opportunities; and collaborate with Business Development to maximise future sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include mapping timelines and project plans for programme launches; contributing to programme scoping, proposals, pricing, and contract reviews; finalizing operational procedures; monitoring activity and performance against contracted programme requirements; and analysing client satisfaction.
