Background
A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Medical Manager Europe to join the European Medical team. Reporting into the Field Medical Strategy Lead Immuno- and Neuroscience, the position will be required to lead and manage a regional Field Medical team. Utilizing the scientific expertise and skills of the MSL’s and SA’s the position will also provide direction to develop peer-to-peer scientific exchanges and medical science plans to achieve superior results in disseminating scientific and medical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and disseminate scientific medical knowledge to ensure optimal management of disease states and the safe and appropriate use of products.
• Translate Medical Science objectives into individual goals for direct reports and helps them define personal development plans and career development opportunities.
• Analyze Performance Measurements Criteria of the Field Medical Team and conduct corrective action when needed.
