Our client is a Top 20 Pharmaceutical Company with a Global reach and a broad portfolio of products across a number of therapeutic areas. They are currently going through an exciting phase of growth.
Due to internal movement the newly created position; Head of Medical Affairs has been create, in order to bring solid leadership and medical affairs expertise across a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
With a strong current portfolio and exciting pipeline of products you will be an integral player in driving medical affairs plan forward in conjunction with medical marketing Clinical Operations Manager, Head of Technical & Regulatory Affairs, Compliance Manager and other key functions.
With a number of significant product launches planned over the next two years, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward thinking team, as well as be able to bring your expertise, experience and mentorship to a growing multi-cultural team imbedded in a European environment.
• You will be a hungry and ambitious leader with a passion for medical affairs, and a drive to succeed
• Be a GMC Registered Physician, with significant, measurable experience in Medical Affairs, gained from the pharmaceutical industry
• You will have completed the Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine
• You will be commercial astute and with a strong business acumen
• Have significant man management experience, ideally leading a team of physicians
• Be comfortable an thrive in a progressive international headquarters
